    We were so pleased with the service from Town and Country. Gretchen was patient while we searched for our dream home. When she found our perfect home, she took us through it the day it was listed and helped us purchase it by the next day! Then she quickly sold our house. She made the entire process painless and easy.

  • Review of "Brentwood Manor" at Hastings

    These people are swindlers and cheats. We had a month to month lease with them. We knew we were moving out the end of February, so we called th 15th of January to let them know. They said ok and asked for the signed end of lease. We worked long hours, and they closed early multiple times due to snow. Because of this, we didn't get the document turned in on time. They charged us March's rent, even though they knew we were leaving. They charged us a carpet cleaning fee, even though a maid came once a week and cleaned. We never wore shoes in the apartment, so we didn't get them dirty. Our neighbor below us reported a broken dishwasher that didn't get fixed for 4 months. They will do anything they can to squeeze money out of people.
